Impact Windows & Doors Financing
Protect your home now and pay over time. Financing is available for qualifying projects, subject to lender approval.
How it works
- Free estimate and itemized proposal. We measure every opening, talk through product options, and give you a written, itemized proposal. Schedule your free estimate.
- We walk you through financing options for your project. Once you know the scope and the price, we explain the financing options available for it.
- Apply with the lender. You apply directly with the lender. Approval and terms are set by the lender, not by HOUSE OF GLASS.
- We schedule permitting and ordering once approved. After your financing is in place and the contract is signed, we submit the permit and order your products. You can follow each step in your client portal. See our process.
Why homeowners finance impact windows
- Spread the cost. Replacing every opening in a home is a significant project. Financing lets you do the whole house at once instead of one room at a time.
- Protect your home before storm season. Permitting and manufacturing take time, so starting sooner means your impact windows and impact doors can be in before the next storm, with no shutters to put up.
- Possible insurance windstorm-mitigation credits. Florida insurers must offer credits for qualifying windstorm mitigation features, including protected openings. A wind mitigation inspection after installation documents them for your insurer. Savings vary by policy.
What to have ready

- A government-issued photo ID
- Income information, as the lender requires
Financing is available for qualifying projects, subject to lender approval. Not every applicant will qualify, and terms vary by lender and applicant.
Financing questions
Does applying affect my credit?
That depends on the lender and the type of check. We’ll tell you before you apply.
Can I finance part of the project?
Ask us during your free estimate. We’ll go over how financing can apply to your project, and the lender sets the final amount and terms.
Are the guarantees the same if I finance?
Yes. The Storm-Ready Home Promise applies to your project whether you pay directly or finance. Guarantee terms are detailed in your contract.
