01 · Consultation
We learn about the property, your goals, and your timeline, and talk through product options and budget.
02 · Measurements
We measure every opening on site and note conditions that affect installation, such as structure, stucco, and interior finishes.
03 · Proposal
A detailed proposal lists each opening, the product specified, finishes, options, and pricing, ready to review online.
04 · Contract
Once you approve, you sign the agreement electronically and submit your deposit.
05 · Permitting
We prepare and submit the permit application with product approvals, then track it through review with your building department.
06 · Product Ordering
Products are ordered to your final measurements and specifications. Manufacturing lead times vary by product, and we update you as dates are confirmed.
07 · Installation
Our crew protects your home, installs each unit to its approved method, and finishes the openings inside and out.
08 · Completion
After final inspection, we walk the project with you and deliver your documents, warranties, and care instructions to your portal.
